These Terms and Conditions apply to reservations and offers of the Inghirios Wellness Country Resort
Below- just Inghirios
1. USE
Each room can only be occupied by the agreed number of people, as indicated in each room’s individual specifications. Guests are not permitted to allow anyone other than those in their party in the room or to use it for anything other than the intended use.
2. RESERVATIONS
Reservations are made based on the availability on the website (www.inghirios.it) and will only be taken into consideration if made by people aged 18 or over. All guests are required to respect the rules established by Inghirios on the use of common areas. Reservations are made via our website. Select your chosen check-in and check-out date and the accommodation you wish to book including any extra options provided. To complete the reservation, you are required to enter your billing information. If you wish to receive an invoice, the billing information must already be entered during the booking phase. Once the booking is complete, you will receive a summary email to your chosen email address. If at the time of booking bugs and/or any technical errors occur, it will not be considered complete and we will inform you promptly. In this case, you will be required to make the reservation again and Inghirios declines any responsibility that may derive from it.
3. PRICES FOR THE STAY
The rates and prices for the stay and the services are indicated during the booking process through our booking engine system and are variable depending on the season. In addition to the price for the stay, each guest, excluding children up to the age of 12, must pay the tourist tax directly to the property as specified below.
4. CITY TAX
Those staying in the accommodation facilities in the Municipality of Alghero are required to pay the city tax at the end of each stay. The tax must be paid directly to the manager of the booked accommodation. The tourist tax at Inghirios is equal to: €0.25 (from October to May) and €0.50 (from June to September). It is calculated per night per person and is paid directly to the accommodation (even in the case of prepaid rates). Children up to the age of 12 are excluded from paying the tax.
5. CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT METHODS
The payment methods on the website for booking rooms include:
Credit card: in this case your reservation will be confirmed immediately and the payment will be anticipated and immediate. Credit card data is communicated in encrypted form to the bank through the Numera Payment Gateway service, provided by Numera Sistemi e Informatica SpA, a company of the Banco di Sardegna S.p.a. group. You can always cancel the reservation as stated by point 6 of these terms and conditions. Inghirios declines all responsibility for any abusive or undue use of the User's credit card and for any harmful consequences that may arise for transactions carried out by credit card that are unrelated to its sphere of control.
PayPal: in this case your reservation will be immediately confirmed and the payment will be anticipated and immediate. You can always cancel the reservation as stated by point 6 of these conditions.
Bank Tranfer: in this case only for prepaid and non-refundable rates (with a 10% discount) and your reservation will be immediately confirmed, but in the event that the payment or accounting copy of the bank transfer is not received within 24 hours of booking, it will be cancelled by our systems. You will obviously be able to make a new reservation subject to remaining availability.

Refundable Rate: 30% of the total reservation will be taken as a final confirmation.
Prepaid and non-refundable rate:
Prepayment: the full amount will be charged at the time of booking with a 10% discount. Prepayment must be made exclusively by bank transfer. Important: in case of cancellation, changes or no-shows, the full amount for the stay will be charged.
6. CANCELLATION POLICIES (REFUNDABLE RATES)
If you wish to cancel your reservation, this must be carried out by e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or by accessing the link in the email you received during the booking process and clicking on the relative "cancellation" option. In the event of cancellation for reasons not attributable to Inghirios, the customer will still be required to pay the following amounts:
• For cancellations from 7 to the day of arrival, 100% of the total stay will be payable.
7. A SPECIAL SERVICE FOR A CAREFREE HOLIDAY
This property is committed to offering its guests special security standards in addition to the measures already provided by the authorities, in particular concerning check-in/check-out procedures, room sanitization and air conditioning disinfection.
8. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE (CHECK IN and CHECK OUT)
Rooms are ready on the day of arrival after 16:00. On the agreed departure date, the room must be vacated by 11:00. If there are special needs regarding the arrival and departure time, please contact the property directly or include a note during the booking process. If the occupation of the room ends before the agreed date (as indicated in the booking confirmation), the guest is not entitled to any refund and/or discount.
9. ANIMALS
Pets are allowed for an additional charge per night.
10. SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation.
11. COMPLAINTS AND DEFECTS
Any defects detected by guests or complaints relating to the room must be immediately reported to reception.
